about the art:
This took much much longer than I initially expected. I thought I might just sketch a few things and halfheartedly color them. I probably would have, too, if it weren't for the fact that I was actually in the midst of reading the Harry Potter series (again).

inspiration:I decided to finish most of the books before finishing the meme because I have a terrible memory, and I wanted to have everything fresh in my mind so I could decide what to draw on each question. I did most of them from memory (from reading the books another time), but about the last half of the drawings were done after I finished them all again.
This is pretty much my ultimate tribute to J.K. Rowling and her awe-inspiring story that I've loved ever since I picked up the first book when I was 10.

► 01. Who are you and which house do you belong to?
I took this quiz thingy, and it told me I would be in Hufflepuff. That was a long time ago, and it was pretty obvious which questions would land you in which house. I tried to answer them without any bias, but I think I wanted to be in Hufflepuff anyway. The other day I retook it, and it told me I belonged in Ravenclaw. I think Ravenclaw suits me more, but I had already finished the drawing. So yeah...

► 02. Who is your favorite HP character?
Dumbledoooore! I had fun drawing this because I love making dramatic expressions. Aunt Petunia was my absolute favorite here.

► 04. What is your favorite and least favorite pairing in the HP world? / 05. And what is your favorite and least favorite pairing that's not in the books?
No explanation is really needed here.

► 06. Who or what do you enjoy drawing the most?
I know Moody's eye isn't completely blue, but that's how I always envisioned it. Yay for artistic freedom!

► 07. Who or what do you find difficult to draw?
DRAGONS SUCK. Also, if you notice later on, my Inferi aren't too great either. In fact, they look très dumb.

► 08. Group photo! You in the middle. Who's in it?
I figured, "I'd be a muggle-born, so why not have a muggle-born group photo?"
As you can see, Lily has a halo to symbolized her deceased-ness. Also, I wanted to include more people (Hannah Abbott, Ted Tonks, & Dennis Creevy, but I was tired of this question already)

► 09. Now draw yourself as Harry.
This was probably my favorite one of them all. It didn't turn out too wonderfully because the area is so small (even though I did enlarge it a bit).
Please disregard the Prisoner of Azkaban and the Half-Blood Prince, and look instead at the other 5 pictures, which look much less embarrassing.

► 10. And if you would you be so kind to draw Draco for me please?
ROFL. I LOVED THIS PART.

► 11. Who do you prefer: Good guys or the bad guys?
Good guys! DUH.
If you can't tell, McGonagall is magic-ing Snivellus' earmuffs of, so he's fainting from the shrieks and wails of the butt-ugly Mandrake baby.

I figure the Imperius curse wouldn't work for me if I didn't really mean it‒thus the "pbffft."
